Service Category: Infrastructure

Enterprise-level hardware, software, systems, and network infrastructure that provide underlying support for institutional activities. Includes data centers, network backbone, wireless, central storage and system backup solutions, server virtualization, and systems management and operations.

Citrix Netscaler is used to distribute or load balance service requests from a single (internet) public-facing IP address to a cluster of servers for service-request processing.

Wireline Network Access

Wired Campus Network Services encompasses all network infrastructure and internet access that supports the Campus Network, as well as select (leased/owned) off-campus facilities.
